Conditions
- We like to be respectful and considerate with our roommates, therefore if you join us you will be asked the same
- We can receive study mates or family in daytime hours, but if a friend or family member you want to sleep, you can do so by paying the following fees: per night… €20 – 1 week… €130
And we explain why:
Imagine you that if each student that lives in the floor brings a friend to sleep in few days are living the double of people and that not contributes or to our tranquility for study, or to take care of our House, or to our security, therefore this is a form of care us and organize us so all have the possibility of invite to someone and not provoke problems to them others companions
- We have nothing against animals, but we do not accept pets in the apartment. It is that we have a life that should be practical and comfortable and the animals complicate it sometimes you
- A very important task! Remove the bag of waste from Sunday to Friday according to the schedule stipulated by the community. We have to commit ourselves to do it, because nobody likes to live among trash and we must prevent it from accumulating. You have to take it as commitment to others who live on the floor.
- We share the kitchen with the rest of the students living on the floor, and even times Cook together and for all, and is really fun. But you ask that wash what use after do it because to anyone you like enter in the kitchen and find them tackle of the companion that Cook before.
- Ditto for the bathrooms. We ask you to let them ordered after using them.
- If you like to listen to music, to us also, but always respecting the rest or the study of the roommates.
- At the time of receiving the room each student will receive: 1 comforter, 1 duvet cover, 1 covers mattress, 1 blanket and 1 pillow. If you need something more than we will give you will have to make sure you it your.
- Your room is your own and no one will control you if you do it or not, but the common areas is carried out by the Association once a week. The elements and cleaning utensils will be provided free of charge by the Association except: dishwashing detergent, SOAP for washing machine, toilet paper and SOAP.
- You have to pay the rent in advance and monthly.
- You will return the bail some days before leaving the flat, after that delivered the accommodation in perfect condition and clean. You’d only lose your deposit if you do not meet the time stated in your contract, i.e. If you go before. But in this case you can assign your contract to another student that you find and in that way not lose your deposit.
- The hosting service is monthly but if after you finish your contract want to stay a few days more, you will be able to pay only those days whereas the daily price will be proportional to the monthly fee.
- We are not responsible for the disappearance of some of your belongings, therefore we advise you to close your room key.
The Board directive of the Association is book the right of vary them clauses of the present regulation in Assembly General or extraordinary, if it considers necessary for the correct application of the same.
